How to install EndPoint Protection

  1. Uninstall all existing virus/malware software that is currently installed on the local PC before you install the EPS client.  ( Ex: MalwareBytes, HP/Dell Security (uninstall local Disk encryption as well), CCleaner, etc... )

  2. To determine if your local PC is 64bit or 32bit, go to the Control Panel and click on System.
      

  3. Copy the EPS version (64bit or 32bit) file to your local C:\ drive (Ex: C:\EPS.msi)

  4. Go to the Start menu - search for cmd

  5. Right-click on the cmd.exe - click on Run as administrator
