Android setup
for IMAP or POP
- Open your device's email application.
- If you already have an email account set up,
press Menu and tap Accounts. Press Menu again
and tap Add account.
- Type your Email address and Password,
and click Next.
- If you have IMAP, tap IMAP. If you're not
sure, tap POP3.
- Use these settings for your incoming server, depending
on the type of email you have:

- Use these settings for your outgoing server:

- Select Require sign-in and make sure
your Username (your full email address) and Password are
correct. Tap Next.
- Tap Next again. Name your account and
enter the name you want to display on outgoing messages.
- Tap Done.

Andriod –
adding an exchange account
- On your device, tap on the
system Settings icon.
- Tap Accounts & sync
(Accounts on some devices).
- Tap Add.
- Tap Email.
- Tap Microsoft Exchange
- Enter your email address and
password, and then tap Next.
- On the next page, enter the
rest of the necessary information, and then tap Next for Automatic Setup.
If it fails and you need to
enter info manually;
Server address: exchange.cisaz.com
Domain: Leave this field blank.
Username: Your email address
again.
Password: Password for you email
address.
Select This server requires an
encrypted SSL connection.
8. If you are prompted to enable
remote security administration, tap OK or Allow. This setting enables you to
remotely perform a factory reset (delete all data) on the device from the
Outlook Web App (OWA) if the device is lost or stolen.
9. Select the services that you
want to synchronize with the Exchange server, and specify how often you want to
synchronize. Then, tap Next.
10. Enter a descriptive name for
your account, and then tap Finish setup.

iPhone: adding
a POP or IMAP Account
- Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords
and tap Add Account. If you're using iOS 10.3.3 or earlier, go to Settings
> Mail > Accounts and tap Add Account.
- Tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, password,
and a description for your account.
- Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email
settings and finish your account setup. If Mail finds your email settings, tap
Done to complete your account setup.
If Mail can't find your email settings, then you need to enter them
manually. Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Choose IMAP or POP for your new account.
If you aren’t sure which one to choose, contact your email provider.
- Enter the information for Incoming Mail
Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
- If your email settings are correct, tap
Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit
them.

iPhone: adding
an Exchange Account
- From the Home screen, navigate: Settings > Accounts &
Passwords.
- Tap Add Account.
- Tap Exchange.
- Enter the appropriate info into the following fields then tap Next:
Email Address
Your Password
Description “your domain”
- Tap Next (everything should fill-in automatically):
- Tap the switch(es) to turn the following sync options on:
Mail
Contacts
Calendars
Reminders
3. Tap Save.
