Manual setup "Exchange" email Outlook 2010 & 2013
1. Go to your control panel click on the "MAIL" icon ( ignore 2016 )
2. Click on "ADD" new profile & name it whatever you want ( Hosted Exchange for example ).
3. Choose Manual Setup ( Only if the auto setup has previously failed to setup correctly ).
4. Choose Microsoft Exchange or compatible service.
5. Complete all highlighted fields and options ( note: substitute your username with your full email address ) and then click "More Settings".
Be sure to set "Mail to keep offline to ALL"
6. Click on the Connection tab, select HTTP and click the Exchange Proxy option.

7. Fill in all fields and option boxes as shown below.
8. Substitute your full email address and assigned password and be sure to select "Remember my credentials"
9. Click finish and once you launch Microsoft Outlook you will be prompted to enter your credentials again just like above step 8.
