Fix printing template issue in QuickBooks

Open the purchase order or sales order ( which ever you're having the print issue with ) and click the Formatting tab



Select Customize Data Layout to open the Additional Customization window


Click Print tab, select Use specified printer settings below for this Purchase Order and set the Paper Size field to 8 1/2 x 11in

Click OK to save the changes.
